Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing access to WebSEO Club, you agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all members of the WebSEO Club Discord Community and related services.

1) About WebSEO Club

WebSEO Club is an online community designed for website owners, founders, bloggers, content creators, marketers and digital entrepreneurs.
Members may participate in activities including but not limited to:

  • Community discussions
  • Link building opportunities
  • Backlink exchange opportunities
  • Social media growth collaborations
  • Content engagement exchanges
  • Educational resources
  • Member listings and promotions

We do not provide or sell any kind of SEO services, backlink services, PBN services, marketing services or tools.
WebSEO Club is hosting a platform for members to connect.

2) Community Access

To access the WebSEO Club Discord, an active membership is required.


After successful payment through our official payment provider (Whop), access is granted automatically and the correct Discord role is assigned based on the selected plan.
Membership access is tied to your subscription status. If your subscription is canceled or expires, access to the Community and its resources is automatically removed.

Access to the Community may be suspended or revoked if:

  • Membership expires or is canceled
  • Community rules are violated
  • Fraudulent activity is detected
  • Payment disputes or chargebacks occur

We reserve the right to remove access to community services at our discretion when necessary to protect the Community and its members.

WebSEO Club will never request your Discord password or account login information.

Each member is responsible for maintaining their own Discord account and keeping their login credentials secure.

3) Membership Plans

WebSEO Club currently offers two membership types:

Owners & Creators

For website owners, creators, and users focused on improving traffic, SEO, and online presence

Sellers & Experts

For service providers and sellers offering services within the Community

Each plan provides access to specific Discord channels, resources and participation opportunities relevant to that role. Membership benefits may evolve over time as the Community grows.

4) Billing and Payments

All WebSEO Club memberships are processed through Whop, our official payment provider. Whop handles all payments and support methods such as credit or debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Cash App, and bank transfers (availability depends on region).

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By purchasing a membership, you authorize Whop to charge your selected payment method on a recurring cycle until the subscription is canceled.

Payment processing, billing, and transaction handling are managed by Whop and subject to their own terms and policies.

5) Cancellations

You may cancel your membership at any time through Whop.

Once canceled, your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to WebSEO Club until the end of your current billing period. When your membership expires, access to the WebSEO Club Discord Community, channels, resources and membership benefits will be automatically removed.

6) Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable.

Upon joining, members receive immediate access to the WebSEO Club Discord Community, including channels, resources, networking opportunities, and collaboration features. Because access is granted instantly, we do not offer refunds, credits, or partial refunds for any membership payments.

Members may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not entitle a member to a refund for the current or previous billing periods.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

7) Member Responsibility

WebSEO Club provides a platform for members to connect, collaborate, share knowledge, and promote their services.

Any agreements, transactions, collaborations, backlinks, or business relationships formed between members are strictly between the parties involved. WebSEO Club does not participate in, control, or guarantee any outcome of these interactions.

Members are responsible for their own due diligence when choosing to engage with other members, including evaluating services, offers, advice, and opportunities shared within the Community.

8) No Guarantee of Results

Participation in WebSEO Club does not guarantee any specific outcome. The Community is designed to support growth through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and networking, but results vary significantly between members.

We do not guarantee:

  • Search engine rankings
  • Website traffic growth
  • Backlinks or link placements
  • Social media growth
  • Leads, clients, or sales
  • Revenue or business performance improvements

Success depends on many factors outside our control, including individual effort, website quality, competition, market conditions, and third-party platforms.

9) Prohibited Behavior

To maintain a safe and high-quality community environment, the following behaviors are not allowed within WebSEO Club:

  • Spam, unsolicited mass messaging, or repeated self-promotion
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity
  • Misrepresentation of identity, services, or websites
  • Harassment, abuse, or discriminatory behavior toward other members
  • Posting or promoting illegal services or content
  • Attempting to exploit, manipulate, or disrupt Community systems or members
  • Use of bots, automation, or scripts to artificially boost activity or visibility

We reserve the right to remove, restrict, or permanently ban any member who violates these rules.

10) User Content

Members may create, share, and post content within WebSEO Club, including messages, offers, links, resources, and discussions.

Members retain ownership of the content they create.

By posting or sharing content inside the Community, you grant WebSEO Club a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute that content within the Community for operational and community-related purposes.

You are solely responsible for any content you share and must ensure it does not violate applicable laws, third-party rights, or these Terms.

We are not responsible for user-generated content posted by members.

11) Third-Party Services

WebSEO Club operates using third-party platforms, including Discord and Whop, to provide access to the Community, payments, and membership management.

By using WebSEO Club, you acknowledge that your access and experience may be affected by the availability, policies, or technical performance of these third-party services.

We are not responsible for any issues, disruptions, or limitations caused by third-party platforms, including but not limited to downtime, account restrictions, policy changes, or service interruptions.

Your use of Discord, Whop, and any other third-party services is subject to their own terms, policies, and conditions.

12) Service Changes

WebSEO Club may update, modify, or improve the Community at any time.

This includes, but is not limited to, changes to channels, roles, features, resources, structure, and membership benefits.

We may add, remove, or adjust parts of the Community to improve functionality, maintain quality, or adapt to community needs.

In some cases, certain features or areas of the Community may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebSEO Club and its owners, operators and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Community.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Loss of income, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Failed collaborations, transactions, or agreements between members
  • Loss of data or access to third-party platforms such as Discord or Whop
  • Technical issues, outages, or service interruptions
  • SEO, marketing, or business performance outcomes
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

All participation in WebSEO Club is at your own risk.

14) Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.

When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on our website or official Community channels.

Continued use of WebSEO Club after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
